If you’ve signed up to our email newsletter, we keep your details until you unsubscribe, or until 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.
Where you’ve made a purchase through our online shop, we keep order and payment information for 6 years, in line with standard accounting record requirements. We do not keep personal information for longer than necessary, and we review the information we hold periodically to remove anything we no longer need.

Cookie Policy
Our website uses a cookie consent tool that lets you choose which types of cookies you’re happy for us to use. When you first visit, you’ll be shown a banner where you can Accept All, Reject All, or Customise your preferences by category.
Necessary cookies — including a cookie that remembers your cookie consent choice, required for the site to function and cannot be switched off.

This helps us understand what’s working, but isn’t required for the site to function.
