5. Services and digital products
5.1 We provide social media marketing services and digital products (including downloadable Canva template packs) to wellness businesses. Services are delivered remotely; there is no physical delivery of goods.
5.2 Prices for our services and digital products are displayed on our website and are subject to change. Any changes will not affect an order already confirmed.
5.3 No contract for services or digital products will be formed between you and us until we have confirmed your order, booking, or agreed plan by email or other written confirmation.
5.4 For services, you have a right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you request that work begins before the end of this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of this cancellation right once work has started, in proportion to the work already carried out.
5.5 Our services are provided in one of the following ways, and cancellation of ongoing support operates as follows:
(a) as a one-off project, where the fee covers the agreed work in full;
(b) tied to a specific launch or event, where the fee covers the agreed campaign in full;
(c) as ongoing support delivered in rolling cycles, which you may cancel or pause at any time with reasonable notice, ahead of the next cycle beginning. There is no long-term contract or minimum term.
5.6 For digital products (including template packs), once you have downloaded or accessed the product, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is lost. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm you understand and agree to this.
5.7 We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services and digital products within any timescales discussed, but timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.8 Payment is due as agreed in your confirmed plan or at the point of purchase for digital products. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout or as otherwise agreed.
